The Cape Carteret Police Department and the volunteer Neighborhood Watch Committee encourage everyone to remain vigilant and participate in the Neighborhood Watch Program.
The Neighborhood Watch Motto is “See something, Say something!”, and we encourage all residents of Cape Carteret to join the team assisting the Police Department in making the town a safer place.
